Let me say something :-)
Please vote one of following for 5.1/native MesaLib problem.

(With regular make is OK, but with pbulk, packged x11-links
is different from regular make, and it results for 
MesaLib to fail finding dri2proto).

0. No vote, the same as next 1.
1. Leave it as it is, nobody cares for 5.1
2. Wait until pbulk side is fixed, it will (or should) soon come,
   placing work around is dangerous or not beautiful
3. Place the work around on xf86driproto,
   Building binary packages on 5.1 is important (*)
4. Place the all work around to build the same x11-links
5. (Watch) the problem is already fixed

(*)
Please note that  3. may not fix everything. The difference on
x11-links may exist with this work around.
