Removal of misc/openoffice3-bin

I'd like to remove openoffice3-bin before 2013Q4.  It is outdated and
has security bugs that can't be fixed because newer versions of it
do not run on netbsd-5 because of the Linux emulation restrictions.

misc/openoffice3 is an acceptable replacement for me.  The only drawback
that I'm aware of is that Java doesn't work because OOo3 does cannot use
the openjdk7 Java.  I haven't tested if native OOo3 can use the Sun 1.6
Java under Linux emulation.  Neither bothers me as I don't use that
functionality.

Unless there are very good reasons to keep openoffice3-bin around I'm
going to remove it before the next pkgsrc freeze.
