XFCE Update proposal to 4.12

Hello all,

As some of you already know from my activity on the pkgsrc IRC
channel, the work I've been doing for the past month on getting Xfce
up to date in pkgsrc is finished. The details of the packages
updated/renamed/removed are available on the following gist:

It builds on many platforms already but the ones I've tested most are
NetBSD i386 and amd64.

The stuff is available on edgebsd-pkgsrc.git on the yrmt-xfce412-rel
branch, http://git.edgebsd.org/gitweb/?p=edgebsd-pkgsrc.git;a=summary.

I would be interested in hearing feedback from tests on various
platforms, especially other tier I NetBSD platforms such as evbmips,
evbarm, sparc64.

The plan would be to commit this so it's ready for 2015Q2.
