mk/platform/Bitrig.mk:
- Resolve the XXX around SU.
- Why are /usr/sbin/useradd / groupadd sometimes missing?
- readelf is not usable --> see _OPSYS_CAN_CHECK_SHLIBS?
- _OPSYS_SHLIB_TYPE should be ELF, shouldn't it be? No a.out left?
- kqueue can be used unconditionally, can't it?

mk/tools/tools.Bitrig.mk:
- chgrp, chown are not fixed?
