You need '--passphrase-file' or '--passphrase-fd' option of gpg2?
And if you want to use same passphrase interface, you can use
pinentry-tty.
My ~/.gnupg/gpg-agent.conf is here.
pinentry-program /usr/pkg/bin/pinentry-tty
no-grab
default-cache-ttl 1800
