Re: libpoppler mismatch for pdflatex

For someone else following along, the dependency graph is:

It appears that updating xpdf, prompted updating poppler, but this did
not update web2c for some reason, which breaks (further down the line,
in a weird independent way, since it's just a symlink) tex-latex-bin.
