Removing lua51 (and possibly lua52) after the branch?

Hi!

According to upstream, development on lua 5.1 and 5.2 has stopped[1]
(the supported versions are 5.3 and 5.4).

The current=last version of lua 5.1 is 5.1.5 from 2012.

The current=last version of lua 5.2 is 5.2.4 from 2015.

I suggest removing lua51 from pkgsrc after the branch.
