I am very confused - my last working build was from feb 15, the last changes
to the firefox52 pkg are slightly older than that.

The libicui18n.so.68.2 from textproc/icu-68.2 is available and properly 
buildlinked - so something else in the infrastructure must have changed
and broken things.
