Also print/tex-texlive-scripts/files/*.tmpl, which run:

- fmtutil-sys
- updmap-sys
- mktexlsr

These can all be batched up, I expect -- at least the part where it
actually runs fmtutil-sys/updmap-sys/mktexlsr to rebuild a cache.
