syncthing on NetBSD works fine with 1.18.

The issue is that on macOS only, and maybe only 10.13, when syncthing
was built with newer go, it crashed at startup.   I have not been able
to figure out what's going on.

I will retest with newer go and the current syncthing package; it's
possible this was a bug in one of them, now fixed.
