Re: llvm suite 16.0.2, firefox and thunderbird needs help debugging

I got stuck with llvm 16.0.2 (wip now has llvm 16.0.3 apparently) and 
firefox102 as well sa thunderbird. TODO files contain what I ran into 
(after build and install) with debug builds.
I suspect it's nss related.
