gcc 11: use gcc12 instead
Hi!
I found a program that wants gcc 11, but that is not packaged (and
thus '11' is not supported in GCC_REQD). So I thought that we could
just depend on gcc12 when 11 is requested, and have the correct
version in GCC_REQD.
Does anyone see a problem with the attached diff?
