I consulted the pkgsrc bulktracker at

https://releng.netbsd.org/bulktracker/math/py-scipy

and sorted by build timestamp, and the last non-successful build
status was dated 2024-07-15, so I don't think that's what you're
referring to.

I consulted all pkgsrc-bulk@ reports from the past week, delivered to
the list between 2024-07-28 and now according to mail-index. With the
exception of the report at

https://mail-index.netbsd.org/pkgsrc-bulk/2024/08/04/msg025649.html
https://us-central.manta.mnx.io/pkgsrc/public/reports/Linux/el7/trunk/x86_64/20240801.0909/meta/report.xz

which returns 404, and the report at

https://mail-index.netbsd.org/pkgsrc-bulk/2024/07/28/msg025626.html
https://us-central.manta.mnx.io/pkgsrc/public/reports/Linux/el7/trunk/x86_64/20240727.2238/meta/report.xz

where py-scipy indirect-failed, all of these bulk builds reported
BUILD_STATUS=done for all packages matching /py[0-9]*-numpy-/ and
/py[0-9]*-scipy-/.

So I don't think following pkgsrc-bulk@, as you are suggesting, will
help to understand the issues you are reporting.

Aha! Now that is not reported to pkgsrc-bulk@ as far as I know.

I used to receive messages with these reports, but the last one I
received appears to have been on 2023-08-11, just under a year ago.
What happened to them?
