Yes, as I just noted elsewhere pbulk still doesn't understand the
difference between PKG_SKIP_REASON and PKG_FAIL_REASON.

I would like to know more, please! What is the behavior you would like to see?

So this would be a "skipped" package report, I assume:

PKGNAME=libFS-1.0.10
PKG_LOCATION=x11/libFS
PKG_SKIP_REASON="Package set is using native X11 component"
PKG_FAIL_REASON=
BUILD_STATUS=prefailed

And this is prefailed, as in broken?

PKGNAME=posh-0.12.6nb2
PKG_LOCATION=shells/posh
PKG_SKIP_REASON=
PKG_FAIL_REASON="posh-0.12.6nb2 is marked broken on NetBSD-10.0-x86_64"
BUILD_STATUS=prefailed

And what is this then:

PKGNAME=php81-oci8-8.1.29
PKG_LOCATION=databases/php-oci8
PKG_SKIP_REASON="php81-oci8-8.1.29 is not available for NetBSD-10.0-x86_64"
PKG_FAIL_REASON="You must set ORACLE_HOME to the location of your Oracle installation"
