It would seem that the builtin.mk would need to be modified to allow
NetBSD's builtin to be rejected. It sounds like you are saying that
doesn't happen.
Or am I missing something, and that's just a needed bug fix?
(With apologies to Dmytro for describing what I think ought to be, not
what is....)
