To answer my own question, these packages:
math/gp-autpgrp
math/gp-factint
math/gp-fplsa
math/gp-grape
math/gp-grpconst
math/gp-lag
math/xgap

According to https://www.gap-system.org/packages/ gp-lag has been
replaced by gp-laguna, and for all of these there are newer versions
available that are distributed as .tar.gz files.

So if we spend energy on this topic, I'd prefer if these packages were
updated to the latest versions instead, and we removed .zoo extraction
support in pkgsrc.

Any takers?
