I am a <insert appropriate adjective> owner of a MVME197LE
(mc88110 based, 50 MHz, 32MB) VME system.  The MVME197 looks
a lot a MVME177, so much I hope to be able to use most of that
code to get the 197 up and running.

I'd like to split some of the MVME code to sys/dev/mvme so it
can be used by the mvme88k port and (eventually) a mvmeppc port.
