My mistake. "If you do get a kernel for SMP hardware built, ..."
And yes, they are "not really SMP diffs" either. I guess it would
be best to refer to it as "MULTIPROCESSOR", as that is the kernel
option for the Sparc and Alpha ports, to enable the cpu spinup code.
Regardless, anyone have a kernel. :)
