It is even more lovely. So configure.ac, cfg.mk and most of the
Makefiles are covered by GPLv3. The ChangeLog and README entry is a
completely mess. *sigh*

I'm wondering whether we shouldn't just include the macros and ignore
2.60+ for now.

Comments on that?
