That's what I expected.

What's the point/reason I can't write
VAR}=plop
while I don't need to write
echo $(VAR$(BRACE))
?
I'd been inclined to accept this as a feature if I needed to write VAR$(BRACE)
in both places.

I tried both -dv and -dp to no avail.
