Clang build fails: missing lib directory

The Clang build currently fails with:

x86_64--netbsd-install: the last argument (/home/builds/ab/HEAD-llvm/amd64/202101311320Z-dest/usr/lib/clang/9.0.0/lib/netbsd/libclang_rt.tsan_cxx-x86_64.a.syms) must name an existing directory

I'm not sure in which file the directory /usr/lib/clang/9.0.0/lib/netbsd needs to be listed to fix the build, otherwise I would have fixed it myself.
