Going to add something to the upgrade procedure to edit root's crontab
appropriately to deal with the rename?  (it's in root's crontab by
default).

it seems like it doesn't actually buy you very much.

If you were going to move it, /usr/libexec seems like a better place
than /usr/sbin..
