that looks like a good idea to me.


i must have missed the first mail.  anyone can use newsyslog for their
own purposes.  i see no reason why it should be moved to /usr/sbin,
possibly breaking anyone who hard coded the path previously, or relied
on $PATH (/usr/sbin is not in the default $PATH)...
