(and you can partly blame me for goading Ross into writing an SCCS clone
in the first place, though please don't blame me for his use of the
project to learn C++! :-)

(BTW, GNU CSSC is based directly on MySC, though Ross has continued
development on his version and made a new release as recently as 1998.)
