I'd like to nuke the cvs program from basesrc.  We've already seen that we
can't keep up with maintaining it, even though we aren't modifying it much
or at all, and I just don't see the need for Yet Another Program In Basesrc,
_especially_ one of that size.  It's been quite well maintained in pkgsrc.
