I'd like to see a format that allows me to keep dates that contain a year,
e.g. so I can keep all my appointments in one file, and don't have to
throw them out at the end of the year, e.g.
1972/03/11 hubertf's birthday
or also some future dates that I don't want to worry about _now_ but in a
few years:
2005/11/20 whatever
Mind you I do _not_ want to see that right now, but only in 3 years.
Having varying number of days the warning comes in advance is nice.
BTW, I had the same topic with someone the other day, and FreeBSD (and
OpenBSD) added some format changes that also allow setting dates relative
to easter (which is used for many christian-based holidays).
You may want to check out their things (or even start a seperate
"BSD-Calendar"-project, then merge that into all BSDs!).
