As has been mentioned already, the pkgsrc/dict-* packages install all
the tools and dictionaries one could ever want and then some, including
the infamous "jargon" dictionary which contains definitions of all the
computer technology terms and Usenet/IRC/e-mail abbrevs too.

You don't even have to install the server and dictionaries, just the
client and then use the public server at dict.com.
