The primary instructions for using anoncvs are for pserver, one has to hunt
for the instructions for anoncvs over ssh, and those instructions are
ambiguous.

When updating using ssh on a slow machine, the process becomes even slower.

Many changes to NetBSD are made by people who see NetBSD from the console
of a 3 ghz i386 box with tons of memory installed.

I mostly use pserver for anoncvs.
