	rsh is no longer used in most environment.  ssh is taking over its role
	by now.

	ssh is in the base system (src/crypto/dist/ssh), and i'm talking about
	patch to cvs in base system (src/gnu/dist/cvs).  so ssh should be
	installed by default.
