Well, not only, looking at the source shows that it used the 32V sources.
But that's OK, I think it could be a good idea to import it if someone 
felt they had enough time to make it compatible with our current diff.

What is strange with the wording of the Caldera license? It looks to me
as a quite perfect 4-clause BSD license.
