TV: I'll back out for now. This won't be very useful until we do indeed umount
TV: filesystems as part of rc.shutdown.
I don't think that umount should necessarily unconditionally part of
rc.shutdown until and unless rc.shutdown starts taking arguments like
"reboot" or "halt". I don't necessarily want my filesystems umounted
just because I go to single-user mode; but I DO want them taken out
before attempting a reboot or a halt!
