Hi all,
for the use in pkg_install I want to import libarchive
(http://people.freebsd.org/~kientzle/libarchive/)

There are two important questions for me.

(a) Do we want the full distribution including bsdtar and regression
tests in base? My current plan would involve just the libarchive
subdirectory without tests and the README file from the main directory.

(b) Do we want to keep it in src/dist or not? I don't think local
changes will occur, so I'm perfectly fine with the former.
