Hi,
	I've been running NetBSD-current and XF4.1.0 with same video card and I have 
the same problem. I don't bother running X anymore on that one. Also hangs 
from time to time if x server is going. Sources built on dates between a 
month ago and now on 3 day basis maximum. Recent register fixes made no 
difference.
