Dear All,

I have a laptop with XF86 4.10 and I'm wondering what the best way of
determining the valid HSync ranges are.  The documentation isn't very
helpful.  I also have Win2000 on the machine and I can glean vertical
timing quite easily.  (I have a feeling that it should be roughly Vsync *
Vresolution, but I'm not sure how well that works.)

I'm quite keen to get it right, as I'd like to use the full 1400x1050
capability of the screen.
