No, it hasn't.

Why is this necessary? The only ports which use XFree86 4.2.0 by default
on the 1.6 branch are i386 and x86_64(*). So unless revision 1.304 and
1.305 of "src/share/mk/bsd.own.mk" are pulled up there is no need to
touch the sets.
