VGA Arbiter Support?

Hi,

X.org logs say that we don't have VGA arbiter support:

(WW) VGA arbiter: cannot open kernel arbiter, no multi-card support

I'm wondering whether this lack of VGA arbiter support could
explain VT-switch problems with my drm/gem OpenBSD port.  Has
the VGA arbiter any effect on mono-card systems?
