there's a full release built with xorg-server and netbsd-7 alpha at
the above lcoatoin.  installing this (or just the x*.tgz sets) should
be all you need to do.  perhaps try it via http:

   http://ftp.netbsd.org/pub/NetBSD/misc/mrg/alpha/netbsd-7-20160907/alpha/

pkgsrc xorg-server is missing patches for alpha it seems (and
probably several other ports), but it may not be that difficult to
fix it currently as we it building in the xsrc tree in -current.
