problem with missing __driDriverGetExtension* - maybe solved.

hi folks.


at times people have complained that their X didn't support DRI
properly because __driDriverGetExtension_<card> was missing.
i never understood why it would be the case until today -- it
can happen if some files aren't rebuilt when a driver is enabled
and a cleandir is not performed.

so, if you see this in the future - try a clean build.
