collect feature information from the table rather than splitting it
into separate pages, spit it out as a DL at the end.  use NAME anchors
with HREFs at the headers, so you get to the right DL entry if you select
a header.  Add a bunch more error checking (but still more would be good,
e.g. duplicate port or feature checking).
