Log Message:
clean up the front page, and make it look for alpha-like.  punt old
news items to a separate news page.  nuke the (all-strikethrough, since
it was all finished!) integration checklist.  (a generic version of
the list of things to do when adding a new port is now at
http://nbwww.isc.org/developers/new-port.html.)
