Log Message:
Remove unneeded files.

Hey, i found a CVS bug while doing this:
When you cvs rm a file that's been updated in the repository but not
in your local copy, you won't get a warning that you should update first.
You get that warning when you want to commit after the 'cvs rm', but
a 'cvs update' won't work any more as you've just removed that file.

To generate a diff of this commit:
cvs rdiff -r1.2 -r1.3 htdocs/gallery/in-Action/Makefile
cvs rdiff -r1.2 -r0 htdocs/gallery/in-Action/netscape.ps
cvs rdiff -r1.3 -r0 htdocs/gallery/in-Action/new2.html
cvs rdiff -r1.1.1.1 -r0 htdocs/gallery/in-Action/new2.list-template
