Log Message:
Clean up a little behind the scenes stuff.

Rename a couple things since I don't really like two list2html.pl's lying
around (especially since all of those changes to the main one, and since
the in-Action gallery only uses it to expand optional tags).  Yea, I know.

Use the small green second header style again.
