Log Message:
Replace "for the last four years" with "since 1994".
Remove mailto:mark@netbsd.org:  He still exists, but isn't the best person
to encourage newcomers to e-mail.
Remove mention of SA-2 and SA-3 -- they presumably turned into Xscale.
