Log Message:
Add "A Tour through the NetBSD Documentation" series.  Rearrange and split
things up into four sections: 'Series of articles', 'Press Releases',
'Technical articles', and 'Non-technical articles'... couple of other
changes too.

This document still sucks though - we're not on speaking terms... and I want
my CDs and toothbrush back.
