- Clarify what "Missing" means under sysinst:  it means that neither install
  nor diagnostic (tools-in-ramdisk-kernel) exist for the port.  It doesn't
  mean that a port is unusable or unreleaseable.  In this context, "N/A"
  does not fit; revert to "Missing".

- Add evbmips and sbmips to cross.
