Heavy update of the "cross" column:

dreamcast, evbsh3, hpcarm, hpcsh, luna68k, mipsco, mmeye, mvmeppc, next68k,
prep, sgimips, walnut and x68k have all completed a "make release" for me
under Linux recently.  Promote them all to Y.

amiga is building successfully on tgm, but not under Linux.  The same is true
of sun3, though I think that's just bad luck in my updates.  Promote them to
NBhost.

acorn32 needs compress(1) on the host, so demote it to NBhost.

hp300 doesn't build under Linux (mkboot won't compile), so demote it to NBhost.

i386 runs ${DESTDIR}/usr/mdec/installboot in distrib, so demote it to Build.
