Some 1.6 prep work

FN-uparrow bug on OF 3 laptops is fixed in 1.5.2 and later.
OFB_ENABLE_CACHE is in 1.6, but not enabled by default
AirPort enabled in 1.6
PowerBooks and BootROM 4.1.8 problem fixed in 1.6
linux emulation available, but disabled in 1.6
on-board awacs sound is diabled by default in 1.6 due to interrupt conflicts
