Every time I try to build the map files I get an error from make telling me
that it knows no way to create sitemap.  I looked at the Makefile and as a
guess I created a target that just makes sure that the other two sitemap
targets get checked.  This seems to work but if anyone knows that this should
be fixed differently please do so.
