By ticket I meant the PR. I usually just add "This closes PR misc/12345" to
the CVS commit message.
I don't mind but in general you should probably check if someone has it
assigned to them. Sometimes there may be a reason why they aren't handling
it immediately. For example, in this case I wanted to make sure that my
suggestion was agreeable to everyone. I figured that the comment could use a
24 hour period to allow for any objections.
In the end I am sure that I would have made the change that way anyway.
