Log Message:
In preperation for having a different user update the gnats database on
www.netbsd.org, this script needs to be in CVS.  May need a method to
automatically update this script from www.netbsd.org or cvs.netbsd.org
as it gets changed and checked in.


To generate a diff of this commit:
cvs rdiff -r0 -r1.1 htutils/scripts/update.gnats
